1) Service description
SolySync provides 1:1 online coaching for adults focused on emotional clarity, relationship stability, and structured personal development.
Coaching is conversational and educational in nature. This service is not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, or legal advice.
2) Eligibility (18+)
SolySync is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By using this website or purchasing services, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3) No guarantees
Coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, effort, and choices. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in relationships, emotions, finances, or life decisions.
4) Not for emergencies
SolySync does not provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing an acute crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional.
5) Scheduling and delivery
Sessions are delivered online as agreed between you and SolySync. For some options, a short written summary may be provided; this is optional and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Delivery timelines are communicated before payment.
6) Payments
Payments are processed via secure online payment providers. The charge on your bank statement may display the business name Vertex Support LLC and/or a brand descriptor referencing SolySync.
7) Cancellations and rescheduling
You may request rescheduling by email. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
Missed sessions without notice may be treated as delivered.
8) Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy below. In general, personalized services are non-refundable once delivered.
9) Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or services for unlawful purposes, harassment, abuse, or to request prohibited content.
We may refuse service when necessary to comply with law or to protect safety.
10) Intellectual property
Website content and materials are owned by Vertex Support LLC or licensed to it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute materials without written permission.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Support LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Coaching is guidance-only; you remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Privacy Policy
1) Who we are

Refund Policy
1) General rule
Because SolySync provides personalized 1:1 coaching services, services are non-refundable once delivered (for example, once a coaching session has taken place).
2) Refunds before delivery
If you request cancellation before the service is delivered and scheduling has not begun (or no session time has been confirmed),
we may issue a refund at our discretion. If administrative or payment processing costs apply, they may be deducted where permitted by law.
3) Rescheduling instead of refunds
If you cannot attend, we generally prefer to reschedule. Rescheduling typically requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
4) Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, contact us immediately at info@solysync.com so we can investigate.
5) Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve payment issues. We keep records of scheduling and service delivery to respond to disputes.
